REFUND POLICY
We want you to love every sip of Sparkull!
However, if you are not completely satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our product (food & beverage), we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
We accept returns only if:

You received a wrong item

The product was damaged during delivery

The product was expired upon arrival
To be eligible:

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You must provide proof (photos of the product and packaging) at the time of raising the request.

2. Refunds
If your return is approved (wrong, damaged, or expired item), we will offer one of the following:

Full refund to your original payment method, OR

Replacement of the product (subject to availability), OR

Store credit (if preferred)
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your pre-order or order before it is shipped by contacting us at hello@sparkull.com.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If cancelled before shipping, you will receive a full refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

You changed your mind after purchase.

You entered incorrect shipping information.

You failed to collect/accept the delivery.

The product has been opened or consumed (unless damaged or expired on arrival).
